Welcome to VoidOnyx Technologies (“VoidOnyx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoidOnyx website (voidonyx.in), client billing portal, web hosting services, domain registrations, and cloud SaaS platforms.

By registering an account, purchasing any hosting plans, deploying a SaaS portal, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2. Our Services & SaaS Solutions

VoidOnyx provides high-performance cloud hosting and enterprise digital solutions designed for agencies, enterprises, and individual developers:

3. User Accounts & Security

To access the client portal, manage domain DNS, or deploy cloud services, you must create a verified customer account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated contact information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, 2-factor authentication keys, and API access tokens. You agree to notify our security desk immediately at support@voidonyx.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

All server hardware, network bandwidth, and SaaS tools provided by VoidOnyx must be utilized strictly for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in activities that cause network degradation, security vulnerabilities, or resource exhaustion for other customers.

5. Billing, Payments & 7-Day Guarantee

Certain hosting services, domain registrations, and SaaS subscriptions require monthly, annual, or multi-year recurring billing cycles.

• Transparent Pricing: All service fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) or US Dollars (USD / $) with zero hidden setup charges.
• Secure Payment Gateways: Transactions are processed securely via verified gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Cards, Net Banking) under strict PCI-DSS compliance.
• Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the invoice due date.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting packages are covered by a full 7-day refund guarantee. Domain name registrations and SSL certificates once issued by registries are non-refundable.

6. Limitations of Liability

VoidOnyx provides cloud services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA and enterprise backup systems, VoidOnyx shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream provider outages, force majeure events, or customer software configuration mistakes.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding logos, visual web designs, documentation, and proprietary SaaS codebases remain the exclusive intellectual property of VoidOnyx Technologies. Customers retain full ownership and intellectual rights to all custom data, files, and content hosted on their accounts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms to reflect changes in regulatory standards or service offerings. Revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of VoidOnyx services after modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
